How I Can Support You
Support tailored to your needs — from the first steps of pregnancy to the early days of parenthood.
Meet Your Doula
Here to support your unique journey with warmth, knowledge, and understanding.
I’m a full-spectrum doula, breastfeeding counselor, and social worker who takes a holistic approach to supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space that nurtures your emotional, physical, and informational needs. I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help create an empowered, nurturing experience for you and your family.

What Families Often Ask
Here are some of the questions I’m most often asked about my doula services. If you can’t find your answer here, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to help.
A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth — but does not perform medical tasks. A midwife is a trained healthcare provider who manages the clinical aspects of pregnancy and birth. Many families choose to have both.
The earlier, the better! Most families reach out during the second trimester, but I sometimes take bookings later in pregnancy if my schedule allows.
Yes! I support families in hospitals, birth centers, and at home. My role is to make sure you feel comfortable and empowered in any setting.
Absolutely. I work alongside your partner to help them feel confident, supported, and included in the birth experience. My presence frees them to focus on you without the pressure of remembering every detail.
I always have a trusted backup doula available if I’m unexpectedly unable to attend. We arrange an introduction in advance so you feel comfortable.
Yes. I understand that doula care is an important investment, and I’m happy to discuss flexible payment options.

Kind Words from Families
"I truly can’t think of anything she could have done better. She was incredible every step of the way I’m so grateful for everything Tiana did to ensure I had a successful vbac delivery. I had moments where I truly wanted to give up, and she was incredibly encouraging and reminded me what my goal was."
—First Vbac Mom
"She was a pleasure to work with. The best doula I've worked with in my 19yrs in L&D"
— L&D Nurse
We highly recommend Tiana! She supported us every step of the way. We were provided useful resources and tools in preparation for the birth of our son, and it eased a lot of apprehensions we had. She even was willing to come to our home for prenatal and postnatal visits! Having her as our doula during the birth was pivotal! She is kind, knowledgeable, reassuring, and calming! If you are expecting or know someone who is looking for a doula, please reach out to her!
